How we work with your company
Working with an accounting firm starts with getting to know your company: then we set up procedures and tools, and every month we keep the books and prepare a statement of profit and account balance.
First, we get to know your company
Our cooperation starts with a conversation about how your company operates. We ask about three things.
Pain points
What takes the most time today, and where documents or information get lost. For example, manually retyping receipts, invoices and working hours.
What is recurring
Matters that return every month: invoices, payments, payroll, cash settlements.
What is occasional
Events that happen once in a while: buying a machine, a loan, a new company in the group, changes to contracts with contractors.
Every month we keep the books and prepare statements
Profit next to account balance
Every month we show the management board the profit from the books next to the account balance and explain the difference.
Statements for the management board
Separately, we compile the board's unpaid remuneration, outstanding leave, losses from previous years and exchange rate differences (the effects of currency rate changes).
Partners in partnerships
For partners who pay tax on the company's profit themselves, every month we show their share of income and the amount of the tax advance.
Contact
We communicate by email, by phone and in meetings.
How we start, also when changing accounting firms
Conversation
We get to know the company, its legal form, the volume of documents and the needs of the management board.
Quote
We prepare the quote after the conversation.
Takeover from your current firm
If you currently work with another firm, we determine which documents and data we take over and from which month we keep the books.
Handing over documents
We determine which documents are needed at the start and in what form we accept them.
Start of service
From the agreed month, we keep the books and provide statements every month.
Let's talk about cooperation
We start with a conversation about your company and its processes.
