Limited company accounting
We keep the books of your limited company and every month show the management board the profit from the books next to the bank balance, together with an explanation of the difference.
What full accounting includes
Limited company accounting is the core of our work. The books are the starting point: every month we show the management board what they mean for the company.
The company's books
We keep the limited company's accounting books every month, based on the documents you provide.
Records, returns and financial statements
We prepare [TREŚĆ WŁAŚCICIELA: confirmation of the list: VAT records and JPK files, CIT advances and return, annual financial statements and their submission to the register, receipt of invoices from KSeF into the books].
Cash control
Cash control is part of full accounting: we check that every cash expense has a document and a description of what the money was spent on.
Reports for the management board
Every month we prepare a statement of profit and bank balance. We also keep statements of management board remuneration, losses from previous years and exchange rate differences, and at year-end a statement of accrued leave.
Who provides tax advice
Tax advice is provided by an external partner we work with.

Profit and bank balance in one statement
The profit in the books and the money in the bank account are two different numbers. Every month we place them side by side and explain the largest differences to the management board, for example receivables from customers, inventory, asset purchases, repayments and payouts.

Accrued leave
Employees' unused leave at year-end, together with related costs.
Losses from previous years
Losses from previous years: the amounts and the years they come from.
Exchange rate differences
Realized and valuation exchange rate differences, shown separately.
Every month: your part and ours
At the start
We agree a procedure: who in the company provides documents and information to the office, when, and in what form.
Your side
The month's documents and information, according to this procedure.
Our side
