Partnership accounting

We serve partnerships, for example general and limited partnerships, as well as foundations, including family foundations. We keep the partnership's accounts and handle settlements with partners; we agree the detailed scope when preparing the quote, after a conversation about your company.

For partners in partnerships where the partners pay the tax on profit, we show their share of income and the amount of the tax advance due every month. The partner then knows how much to set aside for tax, even when the profit has remained in inventory, with customers or in the partnership's account.

In a general partnership, the partners pay tax on profit: on their share of the profit, even if the money has remained in the business.

This rule applies to a general partnership, not to a limited liability company.

Foundations, including family foundations

We keep the ongoing accounts of foundations.

We handle a family foundation both organizationally and in its accounts, also when it is part of a structure with several companies: we describe the design, implementation and ongoing service on the page about family foundation services. Tax advice is provided by an external partner we work with.

Companies and a foundation in one platform

In the My True Balance platform, a partner in several entities switches between the companies and the foundation with one selection and sees, for each, the conversations with your accountants, documents and figures from the books. The Forecast module shows partners' payouts in the forecast alongside their tax advances.
