    Each month we prepare payroll lists based on approved work time and the changes you report.

  • Contractors and the management board

    We process pay under civil-law contracts (umowa zlecenie) and the remuneration of management board members.

  • HR matters

    We handle the HR matters of the company's employees: [TREŚĆ WŁAŚCICIELA: confirmation of the list: payroll lists, ZUS registrations and returns, PIT advances and annual information, employee records].

  • Year-end reports

    We compile the board's outstanding leave and unpaid remuneration so that the board knows them before the year is closed.

Outstanding leave

At year-end we compile employees' outstanding leave, that is, leave days from the given year that employees have not yet taken, together with related charges, in days and in zloty.

Board remuneration

We show separately the board remuneration that has been accrued but not yet paid.

The same reports go to the board as part of limited company accounting, if we provide both services.

Work Time from the field straight to payroll

The Work Time module collects employees' hours before payroll: an employee in the field marks the start and end of work on a phone, without location tracking, and you upload card reader records from a file. The approved month goes to payroll handled by our office.

The employee sees time worked, an estimate of pay and advances taken. An advance from pay is recorded by the Cash module. AI does not issue assessments or compare people.

The platform modules are part of True Balance accounting services. We implement the platform for a limited number of our accounting clients.

When implementing the module, we prepare for you a description of employee data processing, helpful in assessing the impact on data protection. The scope of connections is agreed during implementation.
