True:Flow. Cash forecast

You can see in advance when your account may run out of money, and what you can do before that happens. We implement this module for a limited number of our accounting clients.

From warning to draft request

True:Flow is the cash flow planning module in the My True Balance platform: the balance forecast works in the browser, and warnings are sent to your phone. In the example (sample data), the balance forecast of Przykładowa Sp. z o.o. falls below zero in January 2027, the hint shows a cash shortfall period of 11.01–05.02.2027 with a lowest balance of −38,400.00 PLN on 25.01.2027 and three causes, a suggestion to move the due date of an invoice from Tartak Przykładowy by 28 days leads to a draft request, and in the scenario the period lasts 4 days instead of 26, with a lowest balance of −6,150.00 PLN.

What you gain

  • Data from the books and your plans

The balance forecast is based on data from the books kept for you by our firm, and on the income and expenses that you plan.

  • A period marked in advance

The period in which the balance may fall below zero is clearly marked, and the hint shows its causes and possible actions, for example a draft request to a counterparty to move the due date, to be discussed with a True Balance accountant.

  • A decision made after checking

Before you make a decision (a purchase, moving a payment), you check its effect in a scenario.

  • Balance is not free money

The account balance is separated from the money that can really be spent (a reserve for taxes and salaries).
