From the first hour to a pay estimate

True:Time is the work time module in the My True Balance platform: employees start and end work on a phone or in a browser, and hours from production come into the module from a card reader file. In the example (sample data), a fitter starts work at 7:32 with one tap, with location turned off, ends at 15:32 and has 8 hours recorded; at the end of the month the team supervisor approves his 176 hours on their phone, and the fitter sees a gross pay estimate of PLN 5 800,00 and a pay advance taken of PLN 400,00.

Start and stop with one tap

An employee in the field starts and ends work with one button on the phone, and a counter shows the time since the start. The job is suggested from the last entry if the company has enabled it for a specific purpose, and the place of work (field or office) is chosen with one tap. The screen shows that location is off: the module does not record it.

Time is recorded even without signal

The counter works offline, and the start and stop wait in the phone's queue and go into the record when the network returns. The module records the device time and the server time, so a changed phone clock appears as a difference to be explained, also for the employee.

Employees see their own time and estimate

The "How much I earned" screen shows the employee time worked, a gross pay estimate with components and advances taken, each with its source and the option to object. The exact amount is provided by the office's Payroll and HR, and once the payroll is approved, the employee sees the amounts from the payroll. The employer can turn off the estimate before the payroll.

Production hours from a card reader file

You upload card punches from the shop floor as a CSV or XLSX file. The module remembers each reader's column layout, keeps a card dictionary with dates, and warns about a time change or a difference in the reader's clock. Missing punches go to a list for the employee to confirm. The scope of connections is agreed during implementation.

The employer keeps the employees' work time record, and the module collects hours into it from phones and from the card reader. The grid of people and days shows the split into field, office and production, the source of each entry, deviations, disputed days and approval status. People without the app receive a printout of the record to confirm.

The "What we record and who sees it" screen tells the employee plainly: the module records the start, stop and job, and does not record location, breaks or content from the phone. It also shows who sees what: the supervisor sees hours without amounts, and the office's Payroll and HR also sees pay.

AI in the module only converts voice to text when making corrections and suggests the column layout of the card reader file, and a person confirms the result. AI does not assess or compare people.

After approval, the person who manages the company's affairs passes the month to payroll: approved time, preliminary overtime, variable components, advances and deductions. The office that provides the company's Payroll and HR prepares the payroll, and the employer approves it in the module.

Correction with history, no disappearing entries

The employee corrects a day by text or voice and gives a reason, and the supervisor approves or rejects the correction. A rejected correction does not delete the entry: the employee sees both versions and the reason, and the day waits to be clarified with Payroll and HR.

Time sources enabled separately for teams

The phone in the field and the card reader file are enabled separately in each team, together with work time parameters agreed with the office's Payroll and HR. During implementation, before a time source is enabled, we prepare a template notice for employees, a proposed wording on how attendance is confirmed and a description of data processing.
