True:Close. Month-end close

Every month you know what your accountants already have and what is still missing, and reminders reach the right people before the deadline. We implement this module for a limited number of our accounting clients.

From the accountants' request to receipt of documents

True:Close is a module of the My True Balance platform: a list of documents and matters for your accountants, kept separately for each company, with reminders on the phone and the month handover in the browser. The coordinator at the company sees that two items are missing to complete the set. The accountants' request goes straight to the employee, who sends the invoice by e-mail to the company's inbox address, and descriptions and approvals are completed on phones. The coordinator hands the month over to the accountants in one move, and the True Balance accountant (sample person) receives the documents. In the example (sample data), the limited company's list goes from 6 of 8 to 8 of 8 items, and the accountants' view shows the month as handed over and waiting for the statement.

What happens in the scene

  1. accountants' request to the right person
  2. e-mail with invoice: 7 of 8

What you gain

  • One list per company

every month you can see what the accountants already have, what is missing, who is to supply it and by when.

  • Items close on their own

the cash report, described payments and approved invoices close their items with a date.

  • The right person

the reminder goes to the person who has something to supply and leads straight to the right place.

  • No e-mails about missing items

the month is handed over in one move and the accountants receive the documents in one move.

  • A procedure set once

you can download the current version as a spreadsheet at any time.

  • No ratings of people

the list does not rate people and does not measure punctuality.
