True:Funds. Available funds, a true balance indicator
You see one amount: how much of the money in your account is not reserved for upcoming taxes, salaries, instalments and invoices, together with an explanation of why it is that amount. We implement this module for a limited number of our accounting clients.

From the question about the difference to the amount for today
True:Funds is a module of the My True Balance platform: it shows what part of the money in the company account is not reserved, and explains the difference between profit and the account balance. It works together with the cash forecast. The company president opens the company tile and checks where the difference between profit and the account comes from. The statement starts from the balance at the beginning of the year, adds the profit from the books, subtracts the largest differences and arrives at the account balance, and at the end it shows the funds available today and a way to start a conversation with your accountant. In the example (sample data), the profit in the books for three quarters is PLN 612,400.00, the account balance at the start of the day on 30.10.2026 is PLN 184,230.55, and the funds available today are PLN 0.00, because the entire balance is reserved for payments due by 05.02.2027.
