From question to signed opinion

In the example, Jan Przykładowy, president of Przykładowa Spółka z o.o., asks why, with a profit of PLN 612,400.00 for nine months, the account balance at the end of September was PLN 177,200.00 (sample data). The AI assistant that answers from cited sources gives the rule with links to the regulations and a summary of profit and account balance from the books. The rule from the example: "Profit and tax are calculated from sales (goods delivered, services performed), not from money that customers have already transferred." The next day a True Balance expert (sample person) confirms the summary and the recording in the books with a signed opinion. Each matter with the office in a separate thread

The thread collects participants, matter status, attachments and a link to the record of the relevant module. Threads can be filtered and searched, and the history of agreements stays with the matter and is visible to the right people.

A copy of conversations is sent to you by email

Once a week, each recipient receives a summary of conversations with the office in a PDF file protected with the recipient's password, and each thread can be exported to PDF. The thread header shows who receives the copy; conversations about salaries go only to their participants.

Assistant's answer with sources and date

With every answer, the AI assistant provides numbered links to sources and the date of the legal status, and for accounting matters it relies on figures from the books of the selected company. Without a source, the assistant does not answer and suggests asking the accountant in the chat.

Every answer is labeled on screen "AI assistant answer". When we implement the platform, the service package includes a pool of questions to the AI assistant; once it is used, the chat with your accountants continues as usual. Expert reviews are billed according to the service package. The dashboard shows how much of the pool is left in a given month.

You can send an answer on an accounting matter for review with one button and track its status: requested, in progress, opinion. The opinion includes first name, surname, role, date and time, and the True Balance expert confirms in it the recording in the books, documentation, deadlines or organization.

A tax question goes to the tax partner

For tax matters, the assistant gives only general information with sources, without your company's figures, and proposes handing the matter over. Accounting questions can be reviewed by a True Balance expert; tax questions are handled, with your consent, by a tax partner we work with. The thread then shows the status "with the tax partner".

Figures from the books, with dates, separately for each company

Who owes you and whom you pay, how much is in the bank account and in the cash register, what the result is and how much tax is due: you see it all on one dashboard, always with the date for which the data is current, separately for each company.

Taxes and contributions have two states: determined by the office or an estimate. The decision bar at the top of the dashboard collects at most three matters awaiting a decision from the management board. The scope of connections is agreed during implementation.

The switcher moves between the limited liability company, the general partnership and the family foundation, and permissions are set separately for each company and role. The AI assistant sees only the data of the company selected in the switcher.
